Cricket etc
I went to the Oval after work today and saw the end of the Surrey v Hampshire Championship Match. Very exciting and lovely and warm in the sun. It's just a shame that Surrey lost, especially as I had a pound bet with a friend that we would win. Had we won, then I'd be £50 better off!
I tried not to listen to my friends announcing the football scores (they were listening to them on the radio) but failed miserably. West Ham won (again) and I'm now starting to think that we can stay up. Now all we have to do is win at least one of our last two matches (and hope that our relegation rivals don't).
So, two weeks off work. What to do??? Any suggestions?
